This is a great tulle fringe in basic black. Approx. 1 1/8 inch wide. It comes with a removable thread at the bottom edge of the fringe to keep it smooth and straight during sewing or other application. You just pull the thread to release the bottom of the trim and fluff! The perfect size for all of your projects.
